Since 2012, Edge has been dedicated to helping buildings work better, for the people who use them and the planet we all depend on.
We believe that better buildings start with better data. That means measuring performance, at every stage from planning and design to operation.
It all begins with modeling.
Using advanced tools like IES Virtual Environment, Edge partners with owners, developers, designers, and contractors to reduce energy use and emissions. Our energy modeling provides clear, actionable insights that lead to smarter, more sustainable buildings, without compromising their practicality.
Energy Models by Edge result in better buildings.
They meet code requirements – including NECB, BC Step Code, Toronto Green Standard, Title 24 – while also providing practical guidance to ensure the project is viable and operationally sound.
Managing Director
Eoghan is a registered building services engineer with 20 years of experience in HVAC design and building energy simulation. He uses energy modelling as a critical design tool to inform mechanical systems and reduce building energy use. His work spans institutional, commercial, and residential projects across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
Associate, Building Performance
Marina specializes in energy modelling and building performance analysis across diverse building types, with a specific emphasis on ZCB and LEED certification projects. Collaborating closely with integrated design teams, she actively identifies and implements effective design strategies aimed at enhancing energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and thermal comfort throughout the entire project lifecycle. Her work not only reflects technical proficiency but also a commitment to driving sustainable and environmentally conscious solutions in the field of building design and construction.
Associate, Building Performance
