Energy Models that Make a Difference

Since 2012, Edge has been dedicated to helping buildings work better, for the people who use them and the planet we all depend on.

We believe that better buildings start with better data. That means measuring performance, at every stage from planning and design to operation.

It all begins with modeling.

Using advanced tools like IES Virtual Environment, Edge partners with owners, developers, designers, and contractors to reduce energy use and emissions. Our energy modeling provides clear, actionable insights that lead to smarter, more sustainable buildings, without compromising their practicality.

More than Code

Energy Models by Edge result in better buildings.

They meet code requirements – including NECB, BC Step Code, Toronto Green Standard, Title 24 – while also providing practical guidance to ensure the project is viable and operationally sound.
